The maternity leave acquisition rate at our company is nearly 100%, meaning that no employees resign due to childbirth. Many employees continue to take childcare leave. After returning to work, shortened working hours are available depending on family circumstances, so the length of service for female employees is comparable to that of male employees. Additionally, male employees who are eligible also make full use of childcare leave.

The company fully covers the cost of books purchased for skill development, provided that a report is submitted to share the information. No prior approval is needed; employees can simply submit their request after purchasing and reading the book. This policy helps to raise employees' awareness and engagement.

After joining the company, new employees undergo hands-on training in all departments for approximately six months. After this period, assignments are determined based on individual aptitudes. Since our company emphasizes teamwork in product development, employees may also support other departments. This approach helps cultivate a well-rounded perspective. The reason I started fishing was because a client invited me, but now, 40 years later, it has become a weekend staple for me. I even built my first boat from scratch.
