Came to Japan after graduating from university
I was born and raised in China, and after graduating from university, I came to Japan. At that time, I heard stories about life and work in Japan from a relative who had found a job here. This inspired me to experience living in Japan myself.
I have been in Japan for a long time since then, and after getting married and having a child, I no longer have trouble with everyday conversations. However, I still find Japanese challenging at times, so I am currently aiming to obtain the N1 level of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test, the most difficult level. That said, I don't feel any language barriers at work. This is because the company has a strong culture of communication and trust among all employees.

An important department that needs to understand all processes within the company
The inspection department I belong to is the final step before delivering our products to customers.
If any defects are overlooked in the inspection department, it directly impacts the company's reputation. Therefore, it is a department with significant responsibility.
The final inspection involves three stages. First, we check for scratches, chips, and foreign particles through visual inspection. Next, we use specialized inspection equipment to ensure the internal structure is sound and the lens axis is correct. Everyone in the department is trained to perform all inspections and must also understand the processes of other departments. This makes the work challenging but highly rewarding. We approach our work with the awareness that we are entrusted with important responsibilities.
